A $402B-AUM Multinational Hires a Client Experience Chief

Suzanne Cain has found an executive to oversee the client experience across all of Janus Henderson [profile].

Andrew Morrison
Janus Henderson Group plc
Global Head of Client Experience
Yesterday, Cain, global head of distribution at Janus Henderson Group plc, confirmed that Andrew Morrison is joining the multinational, publicly traded asset manager as global head of client experience. London-based Morrison will report to John Groneman, global distribution chief operating officer at the $401.6-billion-AUM firm (AUM as of December 31).

Morrison most recently served as head of client experience at Aviva Investors.

Cain puts Morrison's appointment in the context of "Janus Henderson's commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences to all our global clients, a key pillar of the firm's strategy of Simple Excellence."

"He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and a history of collaboration," Cain states.

Morrison joined Aviva plc in 2011 as a senior strategy manager. Prior to that, he worked with Curzon & Company, Capgemini Consulting, and Allianz. He is an alumnus of the University of Leicester.
