Wednesday, July 8, 2020 A Pimco Sales Leader Leaves After 14 Years A Pimco [profile] sales leader recently left after nearly a decade and a half with the Newport Beach, California-based bond fund giant. Ryne Nishimi, former executive vice president and divisional sales manager for the West Coast at Pimco, left the company recently after spending 14 years there. His LinkedIn profile now lists him as a self-employed private investor. Nishimi did not return a call for comment. Frank Riccio, EVP and head of field sales at Pimco, declined to comment. A Pimco spokesperson was not immediately able to comment. "We'll fill the position internally," a Pimco spokesperson said, confirming Nishimi's departure. Nishimi, a graduate of Santa Clara University, worked at Van Kampen Investments, UBS, and Related Equities before joining Pimco in 2006.
