Shea, an alumnus of St. John's University, co-founded J.A. Forlines in 2009. Prior to that he worked at Tegean Capital and AsiaSource Capital. He also spent more than 13 years at Goldman. TTAM, founded in 2008, offers a pair of ETFs. According to its most recent ADV, filed in November, the firm has a team of seven people (not counting clerical workers) and $123 million in AUM.
