From MF RIA Channel Chief to Family Office Services

After more than seven years at Salient, where he was divisional director, head of RIA/bank trust channel in the Houston, Texas area, Kevin Davis has joined Fidelity's family office services arm as vice president, business development. According to his LinkedIn, he began there in August and remains in the Houston area.

Davis did not immediately return a request for comment, nor did Dave Linton, executive vice president, and head of distribution at Salient.

A spokesperson from Fidelity noted confirmed that Davis will be "working with UHNW families in the southwest region."

"We are pleased to have Kevin on board in our Westlake, Texas office," the spokesperson tells MFWire.

Prior to working at Salient, Davis also held positions at Orinda Asset Management, Sun Life Financial, ING, The Hartford, First Trust, and Van Kampen Funds. He holds a degree from Trinity University.
