Last week the Working Mother magazine team revealed their 2019 100 Best Companies list. The publication has been putting together these lists for 34 years, and this they pointed to things like "gender-neutral leave, gradual phase-back after parental leave, and accessible, affordable childcare" as being in focus for the winners.

"Our 100 Best Companies are the standard of excellence, and continue to pave the way with the work they are doing on behalf of working parents and caregivers in the U.S.," states Subha Barry, president of Working Mother Media.

Asset management players on the list included two first-time winners, Transamerica and Voya. The other nine asset management industry winners included: Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, MainStay parent New York Life, Principal, PGIM parent Prudential, SSgA parent State Street, Nuveen parent TIAA, and UBS.
