Wednesday, May 22, 2019 Fiserv Welcomes a DST and Wells Vet A DST and Wells Fargo veteran recently joined Fiserv in Wisconsin. Last month Oconomowoc, Wisconsin-based Brian Melter started at Fiserv as senior vice president and general manager for digital channels, MFWire has learned. Melter now reports to Gerry Leonard, president of digital channels at Fiserv. Leonard declined to comment. Melter, when reached for comment, said that he's "very excited about the role and the company." Melter most recently served as head of engagement, digital client strategies at DST. Spokespeople for SS&C, DST's parent, declined to comment. Melter, an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, spent seven years at DST. Before that he spent more than eight years at Strong Funds. Wells Fargo absorbed Strong in 2005, and he stayed on for seven more years. (At Strong, Melter once worked under Byron Vielehr, who now serves as Fiserv's chief administrative officer and to whom Leonard reports.)
