One Year In, a Top Sales Vet Rises at Eaton Vance

After a year at Eaton Vance [profile], a top sales veteran is on the rise.

Robert Kenneth Kuberski, Jr.
Eaton Vance
Director of Global Relationship Management
Bob Kuberski, eastern regional sales director at the Boston-based fund firm, now serves as director of global relationship management, MFWire has learned. Kuberski joined Eaton Vance in September 2017 after more than six years as RidgeWorth's retail sales chief.

Kuberski declined to comment, and John Moninger, managing director of retail sales, did not immediately return a call for comment.

Kuberski's new position is a newly created one at Eaton Vance, reporting directly to Moninger. Kuberski will oversee the global relationship management team (Eaton Vance's equivalent of national accounts or key accounts) and the portfolio strategy consultants team. (Both teams previously reported directly to Moninger.)

Prior to Eaton Vance and RidgeWorth, Kuberski worked at Invesco and as a Morgan Stanley FA. He also spent five years in the NFL, first with the Green Bay Packers and later with the New England Patriots, after serving in the U.S. Navy. He is an alumnus of the U.S. Naval Academy, a trustee of the United States Naval Academy Foundation, and the new president of the U.S. Naval Academy Class of 1993.
