Yesterday in Austin, the American Bankers Association (ABA) kicked off the ABA Wealth Management and Trust Conference. Last week's column includes more details on the event, which continues today and tomorrow.

Tomorrow, Pageant's Fund Intelligence team is hosting their 2018 Fund Directors New York Summit at the Warwick Hotel in midtown Manhattan. The event is sponsored by Broadridge.

Also in New York City tomorrow, folks from Innovator ETFs and Investor's Business Daily will gather at the NYSE in the afternoon to ring the closing bell, followed by a cocktail hour.

Also in the Big Apple tomorrow, folks from Thomson Reuters will host their 2018 U.S. Lipper Fund Awards. As in years past, the awards dinner will be held at the Mandarin Oriental. InvestmentNews is sponsoring the event.
