On July 3, after the acquisition of Pioneer Investment Management was finalized by Amundi, Voya Investments entered into a new sub-advisory agreement with Amundi Pioneer Asset Management, Inc.

On July 10, Krane Fund Advisors entered into an agreement with the China International Capital Corporation Holdings, Inc. where China International will acquire a majority stake in Krane.

On June 30, Nora Pickens resigned from her positions with FS investments and its affiliates. She is no longer a part of the FS Energy Advisors' investment committee or the FS Energy Total Return Fund.

On July 10, the minimum amount required to establish an account on the Capital Group Emerging Markets Total Opportunities Fund for Institution Investors is $50,000 and the minimum amount required to establish an account for clients of the Capital Group private client services division of Capital Guardian Trust is $25,000.

On August 1, the MainStay Absolute Return Multi-Strategy Fund will change its' dealer commission rates in regards to investments of $1,000,000 or more. The MainStay Tax Advantaged Short Term Bond Fund will change its dealer commission rates in regards to investments of $250,000 or more.
