Reorganization


On June 19, the name of the First Trust Water ETFs' index changed to the ISE Clean Edge Water Index.

On June 19, the Tortoise North American Energy Independence Fund was reorganized into the Tortoise Select Opportunity Fund.

On June 21, Northern Funds Large Cap Equity Fund will be reorganized into their Large Cap Core Fund.

Subadvisors


On June 19, Segall Bryant & Hamill, LLC (SBH) became the subadvisor for the Litman Gregory Masters Smaller Companies Fund. Mark T. Dickherber and Shaun P. Nicholson, both senior portfolio managers for SBH, were appointed as PMs to the fund.

On July 10, Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley LLC (TSW) will become a new subadvisor to Nationwide's NVIT Multi-Manager International Value Fund, replacing JP Morgan Investment Management Inc. who was terminated as subadvisor on June 14.

Fees


On July 1, PGIM Investments will reduce its management fee for the Prudential Real Assets Fund.

Class Shares


On June 20, the Morgan Stanley Variable Insurance Fund reduced the maximum expense ratio for its class I shares.

On June 21, the Credit Suisse Opportunity Funds' liquidation date has been delayed.
