People


On June 1, Andrew J. Donohue became an independent trustee for many Oppenheimer funds.

Effective immediately, Charles Ko no longer serves as PM for the Great-West Invesco Small Cap Value Fund. He will be succeeded by Kenneth Masse.

Effective immediately, William Stevens no longer serves as PM for the Loomis Sayles Core Disciplined Alpha Bond Fund.

On June 1, Thomas McCauley became assistant PM of the Driehaus Event Driven Fund (DEVDX). In relation, since May 25, Matthew Schoenfeld no longer PMs the fund.

Since June 1, Jens Langewand no longer PMs the Invesco Global Low Volatility Equity Yield Fund, and the Invesco Global Market Neutral Fund.

Acquisitions


On June 1, Virtus Investment Partners acquired RidgeWorth Capital Management, and its subsidiaries, including Ceredex Value Advisors, Silvant Capital Management, and Seix Investment Advisors. In addition, RidgeWorth will now carry the Virtus name. The deal was initially announced in December 16, 2016.

Rebranding


On June 5, the newly merged Janus Henderson will rename seven of their portfolios.

Also on June 5, Janus Henderson will rename two funds. The Janus Aspen Enterprise Fund will become the Janus Henderson Enterprise Fund, and the Janus Aspen Forty Fund will become the Janus Henderson Forty Fund.

On June 19, the BlackRock Short-Term Inflation-Protected Securities Index Fund will undergo a name change to become the iShares Short-Term TIPS Bond Index Fund.

Fees


On June 1, Pear Tree Funds changed its annual operating expenses for the Pear Tree Quality Fund, the Pear Tree PanAgora Emerging Markets Fund, and the Pear Tree PanAgora Risk Parity Emerging Markets Fund.

On June 1, the Fidelity Series Growth & Income Fund no longer pays a management fee to the adviser.

Liquidations


On August 11, the Voya Diversified International Fund will liquidate. The fund has been closed to new investors since April 26, 2007.

On June 1, the Triad Small Cap Value Fund, a part of the PFS fund series, has liquidated.

On July 31, the GuideMark Opportunistic Equity Fund will liquidate.
