Mitch Wurzer and Adam Fletcher have joined Jeff Hill, who's already serving in the role. They will oversee sales and relationship management with T. Rowe's partners in the advisory space, including supermarket platforms, RIA custodians, TAMPs, and investment consultants. Larson says that client loads will be split evenly between the three managers and each will have a mix of channels and geography.

Larson created the additional national accounts manager positions in response to what he's identified as a growing opportunity in the channel.

"We see continued growth in our partnership with retail platforms and RIA custodians as they continue to look for strong partners that offer excellent low cost management," says Larson, head of platform services.

Both new hires are intermediary distro vets.

Wurzer most recently worked at American Century [profile] as vice president of national sales and head of RIA strategy, where his responsibilities included leading the growth and sales efforts with RIAs and large intermediary platforms. He was with the firm for 27 years.

Fletcher previously served as vice president of national accounts at BlackRock [profile]. He spent over eight years with the firm. Prior to that, he worked as a regional sales director at SEI.

Spokespeople from BlackRock and American Century were not immediately available for comment on how Wurzer's and Fletcher's duties are being handled at the two firms.

Wurzer holds a bachelor's degree in communications from St. Louis University and a masters in business management from Baker University. Fletcher graduated with an MBA in finance from Saint Joseph's University and an undergraduate degree in economics and finance from Albright College.
