Monday, March 6, 2017 Filings for Fundsters - March 6, 2017 SubadvisorsAs of March 1, Marsico Capital Management, LLC no longer serves as a subadvisor to the Harbor Global Growth Fund. Sands Capital Management, LLC has replaced Marsico. As of March 2, Lazard Asset Management LLC no longer serves as a subadvisor to Northern Funds's Multi-Manager Emerging Markets Debt Opportunity Fund. BlueBay Asset Management LLP and Ashmore Investment Management Limited are replacing Lazard. On May 1, Wellington Management Company LLP will become the subadvisor for MassMutual's MML Focused Equity Fund. Wellington is replacing Harris Associates L.P.. The fund will also update its principle investment strategies on that date. Donald J. Kilbride will become a PM of the fund as well. ***
Share ClassesAs of March 2, Entrepreneur U.S. All Cap Fund will recommence offering Retail Class shares. On March 29, the Forward Funds will no longer offer Advisor Class shares. ***

RebrandingOn April 3, the Ivy Bond Fund will undergo a name change and become the Ivy Advantus Bond Fund. The Ivy Global Natural Resources Fund will also undergo a name change and become the Ivy Natural Resources Fund. Similarly, the Ivy Real Estate Securities Fund will undergo a name change and become the Ivy Advantus Real Estate Securities Fund. The Ivy Emerging Markets Local Currency Debt Fund will undergo a name change and become the Ivy Pictet Emerging Markets Local Currency Debt Fund. The Ivy Targeted Return Bond Fund will undergo a name change and become the Ivy Pictet Targeted Return Bond Fund. On May 1, the Brown Advisory Emerging Markets Small-Cap Fund will undergo a name change and become the Brown Advisory – Macquarie Asia New Stars Fund. Additionally, the rebranded fund will update its investment policy and objective. ***
ManagementAs of March 3, Jonathan Pollack was appointed CEO and president of the Blackstone Real Estate Income Fund II. He also serves as global head of the Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies. Pollack replaces Michael Nash in his new role. Additionally, Michael Holland is now a member of the fund's audit committee. He also serves as a trustee. ***
