Company: Legg Mason Inc Appointments: Tianqiao Chen, Robert Chiu Chen and Chiu have been appointed to the board of directors. Chen also serves as chairman and CEO of Shanda Group, as well as vice chairman of the board of directors and as a member of the nominating & corporate governance committee. Company: Mediant Promotion: Sherry Moreland Moreland has been appointed president of the investor communications solutions provider.
