On December 15, the Corsair Opportunity Fund will terminate and liquidate. On December 19, the Foundry Micro Cap Value Fund will terminate and liquidate. On December 20, the Schroder Emerging Markets Multi-Cap Equity Fund will terminate and liquidate. Additionally, advisor shares of the Schroder North American Equity Fund and the Schroder Total Return Fixed Income Fund will be terminated on the aforementioned date. On January 23, 2017, the AB Michigan Portfolio will terminate and liquidate. On February 22, 2017, the Vanguard Ohio Tax-Exempt Money Market Fund will terminate and liquidate.
