Company: Voya Investment Management New Addition: Joseph M. Labella Labella joined Voya in newly-created role of retirement strategist. He reports to Paula Smith, senior vice president and head of retirement and college savings strategies at Voya Investment Management, and he previously worked as a consultant at Markola. ***
Company: Securities and Exchange Commission Newly Promoted: Kristin Snyder Snyder, formerly associate regional director for examinations in the SEC's San Francisco office, has been promoted to co-national associate director of the investment adviser/investment company examination program in the SEC's Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE). Jane Jarcho, formerly sole leader of the program and currently deputy director of OCIE, will serve as co-national associate director alongside Snyder. ***
