The fund's launch was announced on Wednesday, August 3, and invests in different "global macro hedge strategies". The fund debuted on July 11.

New Index: the Calvert Energy Research Index

Calvert unveiled the index on Monday, August 8. Calvert's Calvert Global Energy Solutions Fund, formerly an actively managed mutual fund, will transform into a passively managed one and track the new index. The fund's net expense ratio will also fall 20 basis points to 165 bps.
