Thursday, July 3, 2003 Dreyfus Plans Value Fund Dreyfus has filed paperwork with the SEC intending to create the Dreyfus Premier Intrinsic Value Fund. The new fund is planned for its Dreyfus Premier Manager Fund series product line and will be a successor to an existing fund that Dreyfus did not identify.
