A West Coast mutual fund shop is shutting down a value fund.

AMM Funds [profile] filed to liquidate its Fallen Angels Value Fund on October 16. The one-star, nine-year-old fund has $8.4 million in AUM, per Morningstar.

MFWire could not immediately reach Mike Moore, chief investment officer of Rancho Santa Fe, California-based American Money Management, for comment on the planned liquidation.

AMM also offers another fund: the two-star, $9.1-million Fallen Angels Income Fund.
