SSgA Replaces a Voice

There's a new voice supporting State Street Global Advisors (SSgA [profile]).

MFWire has learned that last week Brendan Paul joined Boston-based State Street as assistant vice president of public relations, supporting the SSgA business in North America with Alicia Curran Sweetney. Curran Sweetney confirms that Paul succeeds Elizabeth Bartlett, who recently left State Street.

An alumnus of the University of Rhode Island, Paul worked as a public affairs associate at Clarendon Group and at Fidelity as a public affairs manager for four years. He's spent the past three years at the CHT Group, a Beantown agency, where he focused on healthcare and technology. Curran Sweetney praises Paul for his public relations experience.

Paul tells MFWire that he's excited about moving "back inhouse."
