Wednesday, October 29, 2014 Deutsche AWM Welcomes a New Voice A new PR executive just joined Deutsche's asset management unit in the U.S. MFWire has learned that last week Konstantin Shishkin, formerly corporate vice president of press and media relations for New York Life Investments and its MainStay Investments [profile] mutual fund arm, signed on with Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management [profile] as vice president of press and media relations. He reports to Renee Calabro, head of press and media relations in the Americas for Deutsche Bank. MFWire could not immediately reach a New York Life Investments spokesperson for comment on Shishkin's move. Jackie Meere and Allison Scott handle PR at New York Life Investments. Shishkin confirms that he will be focusing on communications and public relations work for Deutsche AWM's passive and alternatives businesses. An alumnus of Cornell and Columbia, Shishkin joined New York Life in June. He previously spent five years with PR firm Weber Shandwick's corporate and financial practice.
