Tuesday, July 22, 2014 A Real Estate Strategist Now Proselytizes Alts Arthur Brachowski is hitting the mid-Atlantic pavements to preach the '40 Act investing power of real estate alts. The nearly 20-year fund industry veteran, most recently a senior portfolio strategy analyst for Satuit Capital, is now vice president for real estate liquid alternatives at Resource Real Estate. Resource had launched its Resource Real Estate Diversified Income fund in July 2013. Brachowski's job is to educate advisors and their clients on the virtues of the fund with regards to yield, lower volatility and diversification. Before Satuit, he had worked seven years at Merrill Lynch, serving as a vice president for managed solutions, and before that he was an equity trader at Trillium Securities. Brachowski also worked as a credit analyst at Actrade Capital, a financial analyst at Vanguard, and an equity options trader at Timber Hill.
