Thursday, February 20, 2014 Smead Hired Another Wholesaler Smead [profile] is continuing its hiring tear. In addition to hiring Peter Bates last week, the firm had also hired Matt Brudvik, who previously worked at Rainier Investment Management in product management and marketing. Brudvik, who will serve as a vice president of sales for Smead, has also worked as an internal wholesaler for Russell Investments and regional sales consultant -- internal wholesaler for Columbia Management. And Smead isn't stopping here. Last week, managing director Cole Smead told MFWire that they intend to hire up to four more people this year..
