A burgeoning ETF strategy firm is looking for a director of sales and marketing to kick up its momentum in the RIA, family office and high-net-worth channels.

The Beantown firm, founded by Henry Ma in March 2013, manages ETF portfolios. Most recently a hedge fund manager at Geode Capital, Ma had also served as director of quantitative research at Loomis Sayles and Fortis Investments. Other partners of the firm include Tony Ash, former head of U.S. portfolio management at Sun Life Financial and , former director of institutional sales at PaineWebber and Deutsche Bank.

The ideal candidate for the job will have experience working the fund supermarket platforms, B-Ds and trustodians, etc,
