2013 Was Worst Year for a Gross Fund Since 1994


It's official, 2013 was the worst year for the Pimco Total Return Fund since 1994, reports the Wall Street Journal. The $244 billion fund lost 1.92% in 2013 according to Morningstar data. Since its inception in 1987, the experienced losses two other years: 0.28% in 1999 and 3.58% in 1994.
