Morrison Debuts a Trio of Fido Bond Funds

Fidelity [profile] just launched three new bond funds, and the media is paying attention.

Yesterday Charlie Morrison, president of the Boston Behemoth's fixed income division, unveiled the Fidelity Limited Term Bond Fund (with a PM team led by Robert Galusza), the Fidelity Conservative Income Municipal Bond Fund (PMed by Doug McGinley) and the Fidelity Short Duration High Income Fund (with a team led by Matt Conti). Morrison described the new funds as "an appropriate addition to a well-diversified bond portfolio."

Banking Business Review, Barron's, FA Magazine, InvestmentNews and Reuters all covered the launch.
