Monday, October 21, 2013 A Direxion Exec Joins a Portfolio Specialist Harold Clemons has joined TAM Portfolios as the company's national sales director. TAM Portfolios, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tesseract Asset Management in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, is a third-party money management firm that specializes in systematically tactical, risk-controlled portfolios that it offers primarily through ETF separately managed accounts. Clemons had previously worked at Direxionfunds, where he served as a senior regional director for nine months; at Principal Funds, where he served as a regional director; as a an executive vice president, national sales manager at Global Real Estate Investment Fund, a separate account portfolio specialist at Dreyfus, as well as a director, national sales manager at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, among several other positions, including Executive Vice President atPimcoAllianz Investments.
