The target customer doesn't have the expertise, infrastructure or resources to build their own ETFs, so the product will offer ETF Securities' existing infrastructure, Flood writes. Flood interviewed Matt Johnson, head of distribution for the Emea region (Europe, middle east and Africa), who was quoted as saying, "We have held meetings with 36 managers that are potentially interested in working with us…We're aiming to be innovative and to avoid 'me-too' products."
