Tuesday, July 30, 2013 INews: DFA Is Still an Advisor Favorite InvestmentNews Jason Kephart reports that DFA Investment Dimensions [profile] is the financial advisor favorite. Kephart writes that DFA is the mutual fund best-positioned to increase its share of assets with advisers, according to a Cogent Research study of 1,700 advisors. DFA's strategy of looking at company size and valuation, instead of trying to beat the market through stock picking, has helped the firm distinguish itself, Kephart reports. The firm scored 25 percent higher than Pimco [profile] , which came in second, the study showed. Investmentnews also took note of Capital Group [profile] American Funds, which has experienced weaker performance of late.
