Monday, July 8, 2013 Another Advisor Climbs '40 Act Mountain Ladies and gentlemen, let us introduce us to one of the newest citizens of '40 Act Country: Pinnacle Family Advisors [profile]. The Springfield, Missouri-based RIA made the entry into mutual fund territory with the Pinnacle Tactical Allocation Fund, which according to SEC filings will invest in exchange traded funds covering all major asset classes, including equities, fixed incomes, commodities and cash in both foreign and domestic markets. Pinnacle was founded in 2007 by Sean McCurry, who also serves as president and majority shareholder. He is also co-founder of two sister firms: Pinnacle Consulting, CPAs, LLC, and Pinnacle Management Company, LLC (managing arm of Pinnacle Private Equity Fund I).
