Tuesday, June 25, 2013 Forbes Recites ETF Winners and Losers of The Week Every Tuesday, Forbes takeS a look at the ETF winners and losers of the week. State Street Bank & Trust[profile] SPDR Barclays 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF experienced the largest inflow, 5.1 million shatters and Russell Investments[profile] ProShares Ultra 30+Year Treasury saw the biggest percent change at a 25 percent jump in outstanding shares. Not surprisingly, the most outflows were seen in an emerging markets ETF: Vanguard[profile] FTSE Emerging Markets ETF. It lost 34.6 million shares, Forbes reports.
