Wednesday, May 8, 2013 ICI Will Have a Tough Time Challenging the CFTC It may be difficult for the mutual fund industry to fight against increased regulations of gold and commodities funds, according to a Wall Street Journal report. It may even be too early to challenge to ruling by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, according to federal appellate judges.
