Yesterday the international business newspaper posted a Vanguard [profile] article from its Ignites subsidiary. Armed with a quote from Vanguard retail chief Nick Blake, the article wonders if the low-cost mutual fund titan will launch a zero-expense ratio ETF. Yet a Vanguard dismisses that speculation as nonsense. Company spokesman told Brendan Conway of Barron's that "Vanguard has no plans to offer a zero expense ETF."
