The launch is expected for this week at a market cap of of about $322 million, or roughly $27 to $29 per share for 11.5 million shares. But don't expect any fireworks for this public offering. According to an expert on Investorplace.com, smart grid energy company Silver Spring Networks will likely steal all the attention from investors. Why?
