2. Actively-managed ETFs, which described as "an oxymoron."
3. Future regulation.

Brennan, who oversaw Vanguard's entry into the sector during his 12-year stint as the company's chief executive, made these comments during keynote speech at the IndexUniverse LLC's Inside ETFs Conference on Monday, according to InvestmentNews.
