Friday, January 25, 2013 Fink Lands $12.4MM More of BlackRock Larry Fink's slice of BlackRock [profile] is going to get a bit bigger. Alexis Leondis of Bloomberg reports that the New York City-based ETF giant and mutual fund shop awarded its chief with $7.65 million in BlackRock shares that vest over three years, starting in January 2014. Another $4.75 million in shares will go to Fink, contingent on performance. According to the wire service, that $12.4 million in total equity compensation for Fink in 2012 is a 14 percent jump from 2011. BlackRock's share price climbed 16 percent in 2012.
