According to the Linkedin posting, the major responsibilities for the position will include, among others, working “with the Regional Vice President in the implementation and execution of the territory marketing and sales plan,” and “spending Spend approximately 75-80 [percent] of time initiating sales calls to financial professionals in order to promote and sell Pioneer products.” The search follows the hiring Monday of two senior executives for its institutional group, as well as the recent hiring of a PM, a search for regional vice president in November, and the expansion of its RIA sales staff in August.
