Maybe hedge funds arenít all theyíre cracked up to be.

Thatís the message in a story from this weekendís Wall Street Journal in which one financial advisor states that rather than hedge funds, he puts his clients into mutual fundsÖ that act like hedge funds.

Dan Gaugler, based in Ohio, told the Journal that hedge fund investing didnít have the return for his wealth clients that he was looking for, so he turned to the mutual funds with hedge-like qualities, which he believes will give a better return.
