Friday, January 4, 2013 Vanguard's Flows Are Still Going Strong So when all is said and done, it looks like the indexing changes that Vanguard announced in October didn’t harm the mutual fund giant after all. According to IndexUniverse, Vanguard’s flows “remained strong following the index change announcement—and particularly strong in the immediate eight weeks following.” IndexUniverse writer Dave Nadig scrutinized the flows of 18 Vanguard ETFs during the months of October, November and December, and according to his analysis, the funds' flows seem to be doing just fine.
