The Linkedin posting describes the job as follows: The individual in this role serve as the product manager across all aspects of the growing mutual fund platform, including origination, distribution, and financials. The role will have a focus on growth within the platform through strategic initiatives and planning. The mutual fund product platform consists of third-party managed investment offerings, fitting in with the firm's open architecture approach. The job's duties include, among others: building and maintaining relationships with third party mutual fund companies to ensure the needs of the platform and our clients are met; partnering with the sales force and clients to ensure that action is consistently being taken to improve the client and sales experience, and working closely with internal partners(research, sales, marketing, portfolio consulting, legal, and operations) in supporting current platform and developing new products and initiatives.
