The Investment Advisory group within Morningstar Investment Management seeks an enthusiastic, results-oriented Client Solutions Manager to help support some of our key institutional clients. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will provide support and service to insurance, mutual fund, and broker dealer clients with the goal of ensuring client satisfaction and promotion of the overall services provided. You will do this by understanding our client`s businesses and determining ways to increase the visibility and use of our services throughout the organization. You will help assist our sales and marketing teams with understanding client feedback and will ensure that our services meet the highest quality standards. This position is based in our Chicago office.
