Monday, November 12, 2012 Dreyfus Kills Six Funds BNY Mellon unit Dreyfus [profile] has filed with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission to reorganize three funds, and liquidate another three. The three funds that will be reorganized are three products within the Dreyfus State Municipal Bond Funds line: the Dreyfus Maryland Fund; Dreyfus Minnesota Fund, and the Dreyfus Ohio Fund. The funds will be reorganized into the Dreyfus AMT-Free Municipal Bond Fund. The fund to be liquidated are three state municipal money market funds: the Dreyfus Massachusetts Municipal Money Market Fund; the Dreyfus Pennsylvania Municipal Money Market Fund, and the Dreyfus BASIC New Jersey Municipal Money Market Fund.
