Thursday, October 25, 2012 Vanguard Benchmark Change Creates a Boon for Blackrock Vanguard's benchmarking change may have backfired, at least initially. Since Vanguard announced a decision to change bench markers, the iShare MSCI Emerging Markets ETF has been the best selling ETF, according to ETF Trends. The fund has brought in around $1.3 billion in flows since the Vanguard announcement in early October. ETF Trends says the flows into the iShares ETF are "significant."
