The TrimTabs Float Shrink ETF, which was launched last October 4, has outperformed hedge funds, reports FinAlternatives. No word in the story which hedge funds they have in mind, but still. The actively managed ETF by TrimTabs Asset Management is up 35.14 percent over the last year, beating the Russell 300 Index, which is up 32.85 percent.
