Wednesday, December 11, 2002 Huntington Taps Back Office Huntington National Bank has signed a deal with Bisys for its recently launched Situs Small Cap Fund. Bisys will provide outsourced fund services for the fund. The deal is an expansion of an existing relationship between the two firms that began last April. All told, Bisys now handles services for 23 Huntington funds with some $2.7 billion in assets under management. "Based on our day-to-day experience with BISYS, which has been enjoyable and professional, we were very comfortable expanding this relationship and entrusting BISYS to support the launch and growth of The Situs Small Cap Fund," said Dan Benhase, executive vice president of Huntington in a statement. "Fund accounting is a vital back-office function and BISYS has consistently supported our growing family of funds with proven technology and expertise, and a true commitment to service."
