A Gatekeeper Moves

There are three major platforms for reaching out to RIAs. One of them has changed their gatekeeper.

Aaron Dillon, former director of mutual funds and exchange-traded funds for TD Ameritrade, is now managing director of national key accounts and chief operating officer for Harvest Krane USA , which is the USA distribution company for Harvest Fund Management. Dillon, who joined the company in May, also sits on the company's board of directors.

He was succeeded at TD Ameritrade by Alex Teyf, who had previously been senior manager, mutual funds contracts and administration at TD Ameritrade.

Harvest Fund Management was one of the first asset managers established in the People's Republic of China and is now one of that country's largest, managing over $40 billion in mutual funds, alternates, ETFs and separate accounts.
