Wednesday, November 27, 2002 Fido Names Permanent Replacement for Kelly Fidelity Investments has made Ellyn A. McColgan appointment as president of Fidelity Brokerage permanent. McColgan took the post from Kevin J. Kelly on an interim basis in early October after Kelly took a leave of absence. Kelly's leave was necessitated by a family illness. One of her duties in the post will be to oversee the firm's retail fund business. McColgan is a 12-year Fidelity veteran and was most recently president of Fidelity Financial Intermediary Services. She was also president of Fidelity Investments Institutional Retirement Group and president of Fidelity Investments Tax-Exempt Services Co.
