Thwaites Amps Up Sentinel's Sales Team


Sentinel Investments [profile] has bolstered its sales team with several promotions and hired a new wholesaler. These personnel moves were announced yesterday in a company press release.

Timothy Call is being promoted to national sales manager and senior vice president for Sentinel's external wholesaling division. He has been with Sentinel since 2008, and his previous title was regional vice president for southern New England. Before joining Sentinel, he held sales positions at Putnam, AllianceBernstein, and Federated.

Jerrod DeShaw has been promoted to vice president of national sales, heading Sentinel's sales desk. He is being promoted from the position of vice president of national accounts. He has previously held positions with John Hancock and Guardian Investor Services.

Finally, Marc Jarman has joined Sentinel as the regional vice president for metro New York, New Jersey, and Long Island. Jarman had been a regional vice president at RS Investments, and has also held sales positions with Arrow Funds and Putnam.

Marc Jarman joined Sentinel this month and will market the firm¡¯s investment offerings to financial advisors in the Greater New York City area, including Long Island and Northeast New Jersey. Marc has held field sales roles at RS Investments, Arrow Funds, and Putnam prior to coming to Sentinel.
