Vanguard [profile] is the third-biggest ETF provider in the country, yet its outspoken founder and ex-CEO, Jack "father of indexing" Bogle, is not a fan of the products, ETF Trends reports. "To this day, Jack hates ETFs," said Gus Sauter, Vanguard’s chief investment officer. "Jack views them as solely trading vehicles."
