Rittling Moves on from MFS

Bill Rittling has left MFS Investment Management [profile]. Rittling, who led the Boston-based mutual fund firm's advisory resources group, departed MFS in late January, company spokesman Dan Flaherty confirmed to The MFWire.com.

Mike MacNaught, who was responsible for relationship management for the group, now runs ARG.

The MFWire was unable to immediately reach Rittling for comment for this story.

The advisory resources group provides detailed information about MFS products to analysts and due diligence teams at several broker-dealer firms.

Rittling was with MFS for seven years. He joined the firm in 2005 after spending 21 years at Merrill Lynch.
